It turns out life is a confident driver with strong opinions and absolutely no interest in your input. For a long time, that was fine. You adapt, you show up, you do what's in front of you. Life gets lived, just not always on your terms.

At some point, that changes. It has to.

Writing became the place where Joseph finally gets to set the agenda. When you stop letting life narrate itself and start doing it yourself, something opens up. The experiences, the observations, the stories that quietly stacked up over the years have somewhere to go now.
